I delt with Jack Broad and he was fantastic. I asked a lot of questions, asked for a lot of quotes for different cars and it was never too much trouble for him. His communication is top notch. Then when doing the finance application he was very patient with us as our situation was a little more complicated than the average.
Overall the service given by this man Jack Broad was brilliant. The car industry needs more people like him!
