Although the agent I worked with was very good, delays on the car order meant I had to look at another vehicle, and although I had originally cleared finance, everything became a mess and I kept having to submit more and more financial information until I wasn’t sure I would even get a lease vehicle, so I switched and ordered with no hassle from a competitor, and then was very disappointed with FVL for not refunding me fee I had payed to them. My original order was made in February, so I should have allowed plenty of time to get delivery.
