I recently took a personal contract hire car through FVL and the entire experience was smooth and faultless with excellent customer service. The Account Manager who helped with my application, John Hart, made things quick and easy, and was always in touch if he needed further information or to provide assistance if I needed. After delivery, Tony King in the Customer Relations Team has been very helpful with a couple of queries I had (as this was my first personal contract hire). They have both always been courteous and eager to help at any point with quick replies to emails. The car itself was also a fantastic deal (which was in stock and delivered quickly) and was perfect upon delivery on a pre-arranged delivery day. I will definitely use them again for any future car leasing!
