They got me the car I wanted, in the right colour, early! They did the car change over on the same day (as I'd used them before). They took the old car with no fuss, it was in good condition, (but I'd had problems with other hire companies before, even with a pristine car, picking fault with a tiny stone chip!) FVL are reasonable about small dings given the mileage. They communicated at every step, with regular update emails to keep me informed.
