Pretty happy with the overall service from FVL. They had the best quote for my chosen car (Pug 3008), dealing with their sales team (David) was a real pleasure, and their after sales team kept me updated throughout regarding expected date of delivery to the showroom. Couldn't really ask for more in that respect. The delivery itself was prompt and the driver was knowledgeable about the car, at least enough to talk through some of the internal mechanics and get me moving. One niggle I have, which is relatively minor, is that the car exterior wasn't exactly pristine when it arrived. Appreciate it had been driven x number of miles to get to me, but you kind of want your brand new car to look brand new and shiny. Perhaps a detour through a car wash by the delivery driver would be a good idea in future? I'm nitpicking... I'm on a 3 year lease and will definitely come back to FVL when it's time to go again.
