Great service leading up to the lease when inquiring about prices etc... Helpful and honest facts given to me. However when the car was delivered, I then had to drive a 20 mile round trip to take the delivery driver to the train station which I thought was a bit cheeky. Also the next day the car developed an oil leak. I appreciate this was the fault of the manufacturer, however I believe better pre delivery check may have picked this up. However once FVL were aware of these issues, the problems were quickly sorted out and offered me a gesture of good will as compensation which is highly commendable. Sometimes problems happen but it is a credit to the customer service of FVL that they resolved these issues very quickly. Overall I am extremely happy with my new car, and the service I have had. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to lease a car.
