I rarely send reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled. I just wanted to thank Ross for all your assistance, patience and professionalism in helping me with my new car. It was my first experience of leasing and most likely not my last (apologies for the stupid questions). We are over the moon with our new car. It was delivered within two weeks of ordering it which turned out to be the day after our previous car was sold - Perfect timing. The deal was so good I was waiting for something to go wrong. No such thing though. Seeing the two colour options together on the transporter during delivery also made me realise you were definitely right about the colour tip you gave me.
