FVL were very attentive to my needs. They kept me informed on the delivery of my vehicle st all times as it did change a couple of times. My one piece of constructive criticism is that it would have been nice to have a single point of contact as I had contact from at least 5 different people from FVL. A single point of contact from start to finish would have provided continuity and a better customer experience.
