In terms of service, Peter Sherry, took me step by step through the leasing process, he was knowledgeable and patient. There was never any pressure to buy. After weighing up my options, I was always going to lease with FVL if the price point was even a little more expensive because I trusted them. As it turned out, they were the cheapest too when I looked at competitor leasing options. Finally, I want to also mention the marvellous after care proved by Louise McPhee. She promptly and attentively answered all the last-minute post purchase questions I had forgotten to ask. Liaised with the dealership on some customisations I wished to make and sorted out the finance. It was a great team. I rate this company 5 stars and if Peter and Louise are still there in two years when I renew, I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
