From the first time I contacted FVL on 12th April, and spoke to Colin Ronald - our account manager, to the time the vehicle was delivered some 6 weeks later (24th May), we found the whole process ‘Absolutely FAULTLESS’. It was our first time leasing a vehicle, and Colin, guided us through the whole process in a professional manner, and, with minimal fuss. He helped and advised me and my daughter on some key points of our selected vehicle, and always went above and beyond his call of duty. He sourced the stock levels daily for our preferred 2 colour choices of the chosen vehicle, and, even offered a third colour choice for an immediate delivery, to which we declined. However, Colin, out of the blue - contacted me a few days later, and had sourced the vehicle in our preferred colour choice. The documents were emailed to us, and were returned to FVL by the recommended Registered Post. My daughter took delivery of the vehicle on Thursday 24th May, and is extremely pleased with the whole process provided by Colin and all the staff at FVL. It maybe a first for us, but it certainly won't be a last. Thanks to everyone at FVL, and we're extremely grateful for your help, advice and understanding on our first private lease. Jeff & Aimee
