This was our first ever private lease, and we was completely naïve in this area of business to say the least. However we was fortunate enough to deal with Michelle Hills, Michelle is a true, transparent, friendly, professional who patiently guided us throughout the whole process. We hasten to add that Michelle did this with honest transparency with a no pressure approach, giving us the confidence to use FVL as our lease company of choice. From start to finish Michelle has been an informative friendly rock, nothing was too much trouble as Michelle even delivered after care service which was above and beyond her call of duty.
