From the first time I contacted FVL on 12th April, and spoke to Colin Ronald - my account manager, to the time the vehicle was delivered some 6 weeks later (24th May), I found the whole process ‘Absolutely FAULTLESS’. It’s my first time leasing a vehicle, and Colin, guided me through the whole process in a professional manner, with minimal fuss. He helped and advised me on some key points of my selected vehicle, and always went above and beyond his call of duty. He sourced the stock levels daily for my preferred 2 colour choices of the chosen vehicle, and, even offered a third colour choice for an immediate delivery, to which I declined. However, Colin, out of the blue - contacted me a few days later, and had sourced the vehicle in my preferred colour choice. The documents were emailed to me, and were returned to FVL by the recommended Registered Post - simples. I took delivery of the vehicle on Thursday 24th May, and I’m very pleased with it and the whole process provided by Colin and the staff at FVL. It’s maybe a first for me, but it certainly won't be a last. Thanks to everyone at FVL, and I’m extremely grateful for your help, advice and understanding on our first private lease. Aimee
