As a first time user of leasing a car I was anxious about using this means of procuring a vehicle online. From my initial contact with FVL everyone I have dealt with has been efficient and quick to respond to all of my questions. Never was I given the hard sell. My questions, although important to me were probably rather run of the mill to Ross however they were answered either online or on the phone very quickly and efficiantly. The vehicle was delivered when arranged and all was as expected. Probably the best recomendation I can give is that even at this early stage I would fully expect to use FVL to procure another vehicle when this contract is complete.
