The company supplying the vehicle cancelled delivery the day before it was due. This left me having to extend my existing lease and cancel collection of my vehicle the following day. I incurred costs for both of these. David Cochrane, in particular, was excellent in dealing with the problem and trying to find a solution. Most importantly he kept me informed every step of the way. The delivery delay was 2 weeks.
FVL also promised to refund costs I incurred for extending my original lease agreement.
All in all I found FVL very helpful
