I want to take the time to praise FVL even though (and especially because) my circumstances changed at the very last minute and I didn't take a car in the end. John's customer service, attention to detail, helpfulness and general attitude was just perfect right the way through. Even when I had to tell him I'd got a new work contract abroad and would not be taking the vehicle after all, he congratulated me, understood that I would not be taking the vehicle and wished me the best. I will 100% recommend FVL to anyone leasing a car and will also use them again myself when I'm back in the UK.
