I received my airpods as promised. I purchased the warranty on the refurbished products. The airpods did not hold a charge at all. The case is not an apple product. The company sends an automated email that they will respond 24-48 hours but no response from the emails other than that they did receive the return. This is a very bad company to deal with. Don't waste your money.
