25k for some windows and doors that incredibly drops down to 15k with a quick phone call to his manager? how on earth do they do this? just pull a random number out of thin air and hope people will pay it. I think this company need to take a long hard look at the financial state the country is in and remember a lot of people are in a cost of living crisis!
