I live at Charlwood Court in Devon and we had a new manager start with us on March 1st this year, she has helped to keep in touch with my family in Australia by assisting me to learn how to use my new tablet, this has made such a difference me and I feel so much closer to them. Even though Mandy has only been here a short time she has helped us through many problems as she is always happy to listen.
