Due to years of bad experiences with Firstport (also known previously as Peverel/OM property management) I would be unlikely to ever purchase a property 'managed' by them. There have been constant issues with lack of maintenance - repairs, cleaning, gardening etc. - and the various name changes by this company have not resulted in an improvement of management skills. Firstport are unable to be reactive or timely to issues brought to their attention, and when they do react any works carried out are more likely to be sub-standard, overpriced or both. Avoid!!!
