If I could give them zero I would. High charges but if u want move house they scam you and ignore you for the most part and then they lie and lie again. They broke my house chain, causing hundreds of pounds of additional costs. They lose money Sent to them even if the bank confirms it. You can spend hours on the phone to get through to them and when u speak to them they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
