Should be called lastport, absolute shambles.
Waited for over 6 months for them to action my report of a restrictive covenant breach by a neighbour which is having a massive impact on my property and life, only to be told by my estate manager Philip Anderton that he had filled out the wrong form. I’ve decided to no longer pay my service charge abd will probably end up fighting baliffs and in court.
I regret the day i bought my house with this company in charge of the estate management service.
