Having had years of dealing with this company , I have to say I have never experienced such poor service. Every problem I have reported to them never gets replied to or sorted. The company has no desire to look after their customers and offer a first rate service. Many times I have rung them to get a problem solved. I have lost count of the half an hour to answer the phone and on many occasions the lines been cut off. My advise avoid at all costs
