Absolute joke of a management company. No one from their organisation responds to ANY emails, calls, letters from residents for months at a time. Then we will get a single reply that’s an automated message. Then another that conflicts the previous one. Then employees telling residents we haven’t logged any complaints with then! Currently our building has a ‘risk to life’ fire rating and we can’t even get ahold of anyone from Firstport to give us more information. If our building goes up in flames and people die, you know why!
