I have been feeding my pack of six the Working Dog Salmon 33 lb. and the awesome Sea Jerky etc for some time now. All the dogs look great have enjoyed their Fish4dogs products. Recently I received my monthly shipment and it looked like it had been used for batting practice and the shippers had taped up the big rips and punctures in the box. When I opened the box the food bag had also been gashed open. I called and left a message and had a quick response from Chris. I wanted him to know I wasn’t blaming them for this since it really was the shippers fault and I wanted them to be aware of the rough treatment the shipment had received. He completely took care of it and kept me as a very happy customer. Thanks so much .
