Day 1, no collection and no communication until I called asking why they hadn't collected the car. Fixter messed up and hadn't arranged collection although all correspondence clearly said this.
Day 2, no communication until I called asking why they hadn't collected car. Apparently the driver was running late. 2.5 hrs later he collects.
Fixter then leave a message to say car won't be done until Day 3. Rang garage and they said all Fixters fault for being late. I will not be paying for this service!!!
