I purchased 2 flags and bases last July. I set them up a total of 20 times (which I would not consider excessive for "normal wear and tear"). On one flag set a small metal grommet that keeps one pole from sliding into the next pole fell off of one pole at some point (seems like they would be secured/glued in there), and without it your entire flag set/assembly is worthless. They do NOT offer any replacement parts - you are required to buy an entire flag assembly and base, that with shipping and tax came to $115.75...just so I could get a tiny replacement part that literally can't cost more than $1. Guess it's cheap upfront, just not cheap to maintain. Disappointed:(
