I received conflicting information regarding how to place my order with a sales tax exemption (for a church), and I was told last week that I had to place my order over the phone with a sales agent in order to apply the tax exemption. Since then, the price has gone up by $10 per flag, which cost me an extra $80 for following inaccurate instructions. The site is good, though.
