Custom ordering was a bit confusing. Could add some more tools, an FAQ, or a short video to explain how to adjust designs. Missing info on flag materials, and whether come with a pole sleeve (No, I found out) or grommets (yes) which is important to know. Overall pricing is competitive and process fairly easy. Will see if quality matches up too!
