Customer service is non-existent. I have reached out numerous times and never got an answer. Flag poles bend and break easily, which is not my biggest complaint. My complaint is that they don't even respond to request for replacements. Next issue is how quickly the flag faded. again, I can understand that, but since there is no customer service I cannot see purchasing replacements of additional flags from them
