There were details missing from the description that should be included. For example, the flags single v/s double sided, grommets vs sleeve; processing time, whether the image bleeds through on the back. More details should be provided. Since they were not I had to call and that experience was worse. The first time there was just silence once I selected the option of speaking to a representative. I hung up and called back and it funneled me straight to the 1 question survey before I spoke to anyone. Third time was the charm. I selected business this time and was transferred to someone within a reasonable wait time. She was helpful and answered all of my questions. When I was transferred to the survey this time it only gave me the option of rating her, not the experience I had prior. I would think that would be useful information for a business to want to capture.
