It took 4 weeks, to get to the bottom of why they couldn't print our design. Then it would not be delivered on time, even if they tried to print at this time! Requested a refund, was originally told 2 days.. after 3 days, we called again. The truth is.. it takes two weeks for the refund! So now my event will not have a flag at all! Very disappointed! !!!!!!!!!!!!¡
