I'm hoping there is an opening for the flag so I can slide it on a dowel. It would hang like a banner on a dowel. There were no options and no indicators for which side the seam is on. If I had chosen "Garden" instead of Rectangular I wonder if It would have indicated -It's 6:35 am and I'm on the east coast, so I doubt there was anyone available in Texas at that hour to ask. I am VERY happy with the results - I placed a previous order, but would like a little more information provided on the website for the custom design.
