customer service was very well on point but lost a start becuase they were unable to diagonse the fairly easy issue i had to deal with. so when i went to check out and changed my flag to double sided the background size did not stay the same causing a bit of white to show on the top and bottom of the flag. I eventually figured it out as to just drag the box in the edit menu to cover the white areas but the staff did was unable to provide me this answer so i was trying to match that small bit of backgrounds color code which is very hard to do with the slider. its no big deal but its something i wanted to make aware to the team both from a backend side as well as a customer service techincal side. overall great experince and prompt responses. 8.5/10 will order from here again. best, Pete
