Totally Disappointed. After spending over $75.00 for my order (which arrived with a missing part), the company refuses to send the part I need. Wonderful! Now I'm stuck with a feather flag which cannot be used & my business is without signage. The company asked me to send pictures - which I did, they're now asking for me to send videos of myself putting the flag together???? ......Honestly, I have never been so annoyed with such poor customer service. EVER!! Hope your order works out.😡
