Flags on the cheap gives you 2 ways to pay- credit card and paypal. I prefer paypal. However, their order program has a glitch. You cannot include a different shipping and billing address. It picks up only one. I called Flags on the Cheap to let them know. They were aware of the problem. They said the only fix was to enter my credit card directly. I told them that I only wanted to use paypal. In mid-sentence the representative huffed and hung up on me.
