The prices on the flags is great but I had to go with a 3 star because the shipping options are disproportionate for shipping just a flag by itself. And "rush" shipping was the same cost and only one day faster than the standard shipping method. If there is a way to get more appropriate shipping prices and times I would change my review to a 5 star accordingly.
