Ordered Friday, realized I needed a minor change, so tried calling and chatting with them during normal business hours on Saturday and no one was available. Chatted with one rep and talked to one rep on the phone Monday morning as soon as they opened, and somehow those flags were already boxed and ready to ship, so I had to pay a cancelation fee upfront for a refund on my flags.
Customer service really had a hard time understanding what was wrong. Customer service is a deal breaker, so I won't be using them again.
