The product is good! Shipping seems to be a little slow. I'm trying to order earlier to be able to get my product in a more timely manner. Service has been good when I call for a problem. Sadly, I did learn that a two sided flag tends to bend the poles in hard winds due to the weight of the flag - it happened twice. One sided flags do well in high winds.
