I was pleased with the flag and design, however, when I called last week to learn how to use a certain RGB color code for the background, I was transferred to the art department. Stayed on hold forever and finally left my call back number. NO ONE called back! Called again today. Waited 50 minutes to get someone to answer my question. That is a LONG TIME. Wait times are way too long.
