This was an incredibly frustrating experience all around (except for speaking with Chantelle at the end of it all! She was fantastic and resolved my problem!!). I found you all through a google search for feather flags open house, with your pricing showing $14.51/flag. after I spent hours and days designing my perfect flags, i realized that the pricing perpetually changed and increased every time I opened the website. The first CS rep I spoke with was ZERO help, and gave the impression that she really didn't care. FINALLY I spoke with Chantelle who resolved everything for me so that the site would honor the pricing as advertised. Apart from Chantelle, this felt like a total bait and switch sham. I hope the flags are excellent quality and turn out as I designed them, though I'm not holding my breath.
