The last person I spoke to did a great job. But when I made two original orders on line, the shipping address was completely wrong. My office address for 25 years has been 5674 Sonoma Drive, suite A, Pleasanton, CA 94566. My billing address is 130 E. San Fernando St, #309, San Jose, CA 95112. I never received an email confirmation or a tracking email and when I called to find out where my order was since I never received, was when I found out that it was sent to the incorrect address. The address on your order was 5729 Sonoma Drive, Suite 1 309. My billing address was combine with the incorrect shipping address. When I called it turned out the second order was also being delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, I called in time and it was corrected. I was not able to get a full refund only a partial refund and the flags were for a non-profit organizations event, so naturally I will have to eat the difference. If I had received a confirmation transmittal via email and a tracking email we may have been able to catch the error. I finally found one email in my spam when I started looking for the documentation. I gave you an acceptable rating because the people I have spoke to have been good, but the policies are not.
