I was getting very frustrated placing this order. I am not adept on the computer, so I called on Monday and talked to a lady that was able to make a rough draft of what I wanted. She then had to transfer me to the art department to make modifications. I was on hold for several minutes and then took the option of getting a call back. I never did get a call back so I called again today. The first call I was transferred to the art department to pick up where the call ended yesterday. It sounded like the call was picked up, but was cut off. I called back and that time the call was cut off as the transfer to the art department was being made. The third call was successful. I was transferred to the art department and a fantastic person named Matt answered the call. He was very patient and talked me through the process of placing the order and explaining my options for the modifications. He took it upon himself to take my order image and have it evaluated to see if the modifications could be made while I waited. He came back on the line after a few minutes and had me check the proof in my email. He was so nice and I was grateful to him for his assistance. He has great people skills and you are fortunate to have him on your crew.
