Overall, it was an acceptable user experience. For feedback, the user interface needs to be modernized. It looks outdated. Also, during the flag creation process, my image logo looked crystal clear and when I got the digital proof at the end it was blurry. This makes me feel like there's a possibility that I will receive a flag with a blurry logo. For that reason, I would consider using a modern image resolution validator to assess the quality of images as a quality assurance step for the customer to use to validate before allowing them to pay. Looking forward to getting the flags in hopes that they arrive in better condition than the actual proofs provided. Thanks!
