The design kept changing after I would go the final sign off stage, probably 10 times, it would like fine in the preview and when I would select all the options but then when I would get the final "I have reviewed" page, it would shift. I ended up settling each time for the layouts as I could not get them to match the way it looked while designing. Very disappointing as I have purchased over 5k in flags from your site. Also, it would better to mention shipping costs more directly upfront instead of at the very end.
