Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered four 10ft flags, but they are only 7ft tall. Contacted customer service and they informed me that they base the heights on how tall it would be on a stand, not how tall the actual flag is. Complete scam. Nowhere does the product listing explain that the flag is 30% shorter than the listing. Even their own chart shows the flag would be around 9 ft tall (which is still misleading as it's listed as 10ft), but for it to only be 7 ft is a joke. Do not get ripped off. Take your business elsewhere.
