I paid $105.99 for a custom flag designed on their platform. After placing my order, I was first sent someone else’s flag by mistake. When I called to report the issue, I was asked to send photos of what I received, which I did. I was told I would hear back in 2–5 business days, but after waiting 6 days with no update, I had to call them again. At that point, I was told the correct flag would arrive by Wednesday. Today is Wednesday, and there is still no flag. Online tracking only says “in progress.” When I asked for a refund due to the repeated issues and poor communication, I was transferred to a supervisor, but my concerns remain unresolved. The company also claimed the correct flag was not made because my uploaded image was “blurry.” This is unacceptable—it is their platform, and it should ensure the quality of the image before processing the order. After being placed on hold for by Donte and I was asked if the supervisor could call me back in an hour. I am waiting. Its 5;37pm. Not expecting a call within the hour. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
