I believe there was supposed to be a “free” upgrade to expedited shipping (2-3 days). Received order confirmation on 7/8/19 showing shipping method as ground with an expected delivery date of 7/17/19. Very disappointed with slow delivery and no ability to track it. Had a question during ordering process. Chat was effective but could not get assistance I needed through the chat. Had to call several times. Calls were either dropped or I had to leave a message. Can’t yet comment on quality because I am still waiting for delivery. Hopefully quality is excellent because at this point I am disappointed.
