Your support was rude. She insisted the size was HxW in inches. The layout shows WxH in metric. The design field showed a square field. So, everything about is was wrong, or not clear, or confusing. I want to order face masks with the faces of nurses and first responder in our area, but not sure what I will get from you. Shipping charges are extremely high. I ordered one to see what it looks like. Perhaps you can help me out with the pricing since I am donating these to them.
