Flags are really nice. Selection is very good as well. The website is easy to navigate, but the fact that I can't create designs and save them in some sort of portfolio in my account is frustrating. There is no indication of shipping cost until the checkout process is almost complete. This should be a section in the FAQ. I would probably order from this site again, but would be a more frequent customer if I could save designs and go back and look at them.
