Good day. This is my second order with you. I created both orders from a blank page. The process was easy. Would enjoy seeing more options in the clip art. The shipping options are displeasing. I was given three choices at checkout: 17.99 standard; 17.99 rush (an upgrade form same as standard); rush for a price I don't recall. There MUST be some other option than the 17.99 charge - an option for those that do not need it ASAP and are willing to pay a lower cost to wait for the item. I almost decided to NOT place my order once I saw the shipping charges; however, I had just spent a good amount of my time creating my piece and decide to proceed.
